I really appreciate the clarity with which you understand and communicate these ideas, I've found it so helpful. For what it's worth I'm not sure the S's add much, although maybe that's just a "me" thing and a slight allergy I have to mnemonics. Thank you for sharing

Hopefully the utility of the S-word theme is that, in moments of suffering, a practitioner could inquire into which S-word aspect/s of the self paradigm is creating the issue in experience, and then by seeing its illusory nature find relief from suffering. The "which S-word" question creates a simple entry point to the inquiry that I suspect a vague question like "which of the many aspects of experience is causing the suffering right now" would be less effective in providing.
